1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing mayanconcrete.com.au or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Australian laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Last updated: January 20, 2026. Mayan Concrete Pty Ltd (ABN: 12 345 678 901) ("we", "us").
2. Use of the Site
The Site is for informational purposes. You may not:
- • Reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.
- • Use automated tools to scrape data.
- • Interfere with Site functionality or security.
We reserve rights to terminate access for violations.
3. Services & Quotes
Quotes are estimates valid for 30 days. Services include new concreting, removal, repair, polishing, sealing, and painting, compliant with AS 3600. We provide:
- • 10-year workmanship warranty.
- • Full insurance and licensing.
- • Site assessments (free within 50km of major cities).
Variations require written approval. Delays due to weather or site conditions may incur fees.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments via approved methods. Deposits (20-50%) non-refundable after 48 hours. Full payment due on completion. Refunds per ACL for faulty services. Late fees: 1.5% monthly.
5. Liability & Warranties
Services come with ACL guarantees. Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., consequential damages). Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) excuse performance.
You warrant site access and compliance with local regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
Site content is our property. You may use images for personal reference but not commercially. We retain IP in custom designs.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes resolved via negotiation, then mediation in Sydney. Governed by NSW law. ACL rights unaffected.
8. Changes to Terms
We may amend Terms. Posted changes effective immediately. Continued use implies acceptance.
